Everyone I know loves a Stromboli and it ticks all the boxes. Great for snacks, lunch, bar BQs, with soup, salads – you name it. I use all kinds of fillings, bacon, egg and sausage being a real favourite but this one is quite traditional using typical Italian ingredients. The dough is sufficient for two Stromboli but you will need to double the filling ingredients. I tend to make a Stromboli and a small loaf with the other half of the dough.
